You've started a new ad and you're getting leads, great! Now what? Call them! If you have a new lead, call them with this protocol:

Day 1 - Call 1 - Initial Call - Double Call (if they don't pick up the first time, call them back immediatley). Don't leave a voicemail.

Day 1 - Call 2 - Afternoon/End of Work Day Call - Afternoon Call - Call During Lunch. Don't leave a voicemail, send a text if no on answers. People are more likely to respond to a text than a voicemail. TEXT MESSAGE SCRIPT: "Hi Mary, I'd love to schedule you for an exam. When's a good time?"

Day 2 - Call 3 -Morning Call - If they don't answer, don't leave a voicemail, send this text: "Hi Mary, this is Sam with XYZ Clinic. I'd love to send you more information about our current offer. Do you have a minute to chat this morning?".

Day 2 - Call 4 - Afternoon call during lunch hour - Leave a voicemail this time. Voicemail Script: "Hi Mary, this is Sam from XYZ Clinic. I wanted to follow up and see if you're still interested in our current offer. Please feel free to give us a call at 555-555-5555. Talk soon!"

Day 3 - Call 5 - Afternoon call during lunch hour - If no answer leave a voicemail. Voicemail Script: :Hi Mary, this is Sam with XYZ Clinic, I just wanted to follow up and make sure you got my email/text (depending on automations). You can reach out to me at 555-555-5555."

Day 4 - Call 6 - If no answer leave a voicemail.
Voicemail Script - "Hi Mary, are you still interested in getting help with your (primary complaint)?"
